Japanese Minna no Nihongo Answer Sheet Chapter 17 Section B Part 2 Page 141

Another written article presenting on how to answer several problems exists in Minna no Nihongo 1 book chapter 17 Section B Part 2 in page 141. The focus of the Japanese language grammar pattern is still expressing negative sentence to forbid someone to do something using a polite request of ‘kudasai’. Moreover, another Japanese language grammar pattern using particle ‘kara’ is also combined to make a complex sentence consists of several clause creating a cause and a reason relationship. Below is the pattern and also the example for doing it :

Pattern :

Kanji : から 動詞「未然形」 ないで ください
Hiragana : から どうし「みぜんけい」 ないで ください
Romaji : kara doushi 「mizen kei」 naide kudasai
Meaning : particle kara verb 「mizen form」 naide suffix please

 

This is an example      for using the above Japanese language grammar pattern :

Kanji       : 一つだけ解答用紙をもらいましたから、破れないでください。

Hiragana    : ひとつだけかとうようしをもらいましたから、やぶれないでください。

Romaji            : Hitotsu dake kaitou youshi wo moraimashita kara、 yaburenaide kudasai。

Meaning     : Because (all of you) only receive one piece of answer sheet、please don’t let it get torn。

 

Using ‘-naide kudasai’ in the above example for politely request something which is not should be done. In this example case for tearing the answer sheet because every participant is receiving only one piece of answer sheet which is stated in the clause before particle ‘kara’.

Below are the answers given to answer the question exist in Minna no Nihongo 1 book Chapter 16 Section B Part 2 at page 141 :

 

1.Answer

Kanji       :

危ないですから、押しないで ください。

Hiragana    :

あぶないですから、おしないで ください。

Romaji            :

Abunai desu kara、oshinaide kudasai。

Meaning           :

Because it is dangerous、don’t push (press) (it)。

 

2.Answer

Kanji       :

大丈夫ですから、心配しないで ください。

Hiragana    :

だいじょうぶですから、しんぱいしないで ください。

Romaji            :

Daijyoubu desu kara、shinpai shinaide kudasai.

Meaning           :

Please don’t worry because I am fine.

 

3. Answer

Kanji       :

大切な 資料ですから、なくさないでください。

Hiragana    :

たいせつな しりょうですから、なくさないでください。

Romaji            :

Taisetsu na shiryou desukara、nakusanaide kudasai.

Meaning           :

Because it is an important document、please don’t lose it.

 

4.Answer

Kanji       :

図書館の 本ですから 何も 書かないで ください。

Hiragana    :

としょかんの ほんですから、なにも かかないで ください。

Romaji            :

Toshokan no hon desukara、nani mo kakanaide kudasai。

Meaning           :

It is because the library’s book、please don’t write anything (in it).
