Where A is the name of the location which is near the speaker.

1.  ここは受付です。

Hiragana :

ここはうけつけです。

Romaji :

Koko wa uketsuke desu.

Meaning :

This is receptionist.

2.  ここは事務所です。

Hiragana :

ここはじむしょです。

Romaji :

Koko wa jimusho desu.

Meaning :

This is an office.

3.  ここは会議室です。

Hiragana :

ここはかいぎしつです。

Romaji :

Koko wa kaigishitsu desu.

Meaning :

This is a meeting room.

4.ここはトイレです。

Romaji :

Koko wa toire desu.

Meaning :

This is a toilet.
