Whether A or B is a noun which is might become a possible answer from the noun which is being asked. ですか is a question form which is used in that sentence.

Hiragana :

これはほんですかざっしですか。

。。。ほんです。

Romaji :

Kore wa hon desuka zasshi desuka ?

Hon desu.

Meaning :

Is this a book or a magazine ?

A book.

２．  これは「１」ですか「７」ですか

。。。「７」です。

Hiragana :

Kore wa ichi desuka nana desuka ?

Nana desu.

Meaning :

Is this one or seven ?

Seven .

３．  これは「い」ですか「り」ですか

。。。「い」です。

Romaji :

Kore wa i desuka ri desuka ?

I desu.

Meaning :

Is this i or ri

４．これは「シ」ですか「ツ」ですか

。。。「シ」です。

Romaji :

Kore wa shi desuka tsu desuka ?

Shi desu.

Meaning :

Is this shi or tsu ?
