１． A : あなたは（ ）ですか。
B : はい、わたしはミラーです。
Answer : ミラーさん
For this question, we are usingミラーさんas a correct question form based on the answer. When we are asking names of someone, we have to add さんafter the name of person that we asked in order to form a polite question. While the one that being asked about his or her name do not addさんafter his name when answering the question which is being asked.
Pattern:
A : Subject + tは +（Name）ですか。
B : はい、Subject + は + (Name) + です。
If the answer is no, the answer’s pattern will be :
B : いいえ、Subject + は + (Name) + ではありません。
B : いいえ、Subject + は + (Name) + じゃありません。
B : いいえ、Subject + は + (Name) + じゃない。

Romaji :
A: anata wa (mira-san) desuka.

Meaning :

For this question, we are using アメリカ人as a suitable question’s form which is match the answer. We are asking someone’s nationality and the answer have to match the question that is created.
Pattern :
A : Subject + は +（Nationality）ですか。
B : はい、Subject + は + (Nationality)です。
If the answer is no, then the answer’s pattern will be :
B : いいえ、Subject + は + (Nationality) + ではありません。
B : いいえ、Subject + は + (Nationality) + じゃありません。

Answer : アメリカ人
For the next question, we are using アメリカ人as a question form and combining it with もwhich means “is it also ….”. This particle, もreplaces the position of はas a topic marker because the main function of もin this question sentence is different. It is imposing the subject in the sentence whether or not the subject has the same character based on the information on previous statement or sentence, which is the information of being an American.
Pattern :
A : Subject + も +（Information） +ですか。
B : いいえ、Subject + は + （Information） + じゃありません. (Other Name or Information) + ですか。
If the answer is yes, then the answer will be :
B : はい、アメリカ人です。

For this question’s form, we are using だれ. In the question’s sentence itself, だれis used to ask someone’s name or identity.
Pattern :
A : Subject + は +（だれ） + ですか。

B: サントスさんです。
Romaji :
A: ano kata wa dare desuka.
B: santosu-san desu.
Meaning :
A: who is that person ?.
B: Santos.
５． A: テレサちゃんは（なんさい）ですか。
B: ９歳です。
Answer : なんさい
For this question’s form, we are using なんさいto asks someone’s age. For a person that we have already knew well, colleagues or a person that is younger than us or else someone that possess lower position or state in work or environment background, we uses なんさいto ask age. On the contrary, for those persons that we don’t really know well, someone which is older or in the higher position, we uses おいくつ。

B : ９歳です。
Romaji :
A: Teresa-chan wa nansai desuka .
