This is the usage of the interrogative pronoun どこwhich is used in order to make a question form. This time it is used to ask about an information of the orgin country or place where a product was made. Through chapter 3 on page 26 in Minna no Nihongo book we are given the question and also name of the country where the product was made. Where A is the product which is being asked the origin of where it was made. In the other hand B is the name of the country, location where the product was made.
